Excellent learning curve

Start at 8 , receive daily work to work throughout the day , and paste myself how to complete the work. My relationship with co workers, get along very well and build up a good relationship, cause I believe we need another to get the work out at the end of day. With my current position I have learnt to speak properly over the phone with clients and Practice. I enjoy coming into work and see people within work place work as a team. Is to get all your work done , and to keep the client happy, even though they can be impossible .

Pros: Enjoy being promoted
Cons: Long working hours

Good career advancement

It is a daily challenge. I never have a typical day. Being in a senior position You can always have to assist, mentor play referee to some type employee squabble. I have a very Good relationship with co-workers and try to be unbiased in any way. Over The years I have learnt not to speak about my personal life. I am thankful to Medway for allowing me to add my value to The company by sending my for my Credit Management course which I was able to utilise in The Collections department now. I love mentoring staff, problem solving and I love The people I working with. Challenges I love as It forces You to step out of your comfort zone and think out of the box.

Pros: Always on The job learnimg
Cons: Too many chiefs and little indians
