Great experiential and learning curve

A typical day is spent in the hospital, either in theatre for a procedure or detailing a surgeon in their rooms. We work in small regional Sales teams, making communication easy as well as supporting each other in the field. The colleagues work very well together. I have learned the art and science of business management; and the importance of customer care. I enjoy the daily challenges because that is how we learn and grow. The most challenging aspect of the job is getting managers to see the bigger picture and lend support where I see potential for growth/success and they do not see it. Salaries and commission structure could always improve.

Booking and attending to sales calls. Patient clinics, attending to theatre cases and admin.

It is a great company that allows you to explore and grow. . There are many div divisions to learn from and they promote a good working environment. Employees are qell taken care of as far as work is concerned.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Working weekends and sometimes after usual working hours
