Good given an opportunity to learn when from school
to work in this company as it the world wide company it is good for me and is got benefit for us. during the day is very busy sometimes you dont see when is the nock off time. we work as team and we assist each other when someone is attending other issues his not in his desk, answering a busy telephone calls, you need to be accuracy when capturing and be fast. as we work with old people somtimes ,they advise or train us into differ things about work and life. we also teach them for new technology. challanges you must always accuracy since we deal with container numbers and charge according to date so the date must be precisly. otherwise client would quiry and to avoid credit.
Pros: since we assist into differ sections chances of promotion is there
Cons: sometimes you are asked for overtime in a shortperiod to assist

I believe that by learning new things in life it helps one to be a better person.
I would say that during my stay at the company the most challenging aspect which is also key to the company is to deliver goods promptly as this at times is affected by congestion at port terminals where we normally pick up cargo. Although clients are a priority at all times it is key to try and deliver on time and also to respect the rule of the road to safe guard all road users and the cargo being ferried. My disappointment in the current company is that there is no room of growth for workers. I am a person who likes challenges in life and I challenge to grow in it. I personally believe in team work and a through and through communication environment as this is also let.
Pros: Opportunities for promotion are limited
Cons: I have no problem working long hours as long as the operation demands

Excellent Admin skills with 10years export experience with Msc
I have worked for msc exports freight for the pass 10 years. I have no warnings or fines in my career. I have strong admin skills and able to multi task under pressure. I am fast with the computer and able to read and respond to emails while doing other duties. I can work as a team or an individual. I take my job responsablities very serious. I am looking for a new venture with the possabilties of growth withing the company. I am.able to start asap. I have resigned from msc to find a new career path as i am looking for growth withing a company.
Pros: Stability. Good medical aid contributions. Advance computer programs
Cons: Lots of deadlines. No overtime. Late nights. Very stressful enviroment

Learning curve in a junior management position.
Review company bank balances and report to management. Regurlarly communicating with managers and resolving issues from clerks. Have learnt alot about being accountable for department. I enjoy the importance of my job to management and the company and being placed at a position where i continously get to consult wiTh top management.
Pros: Dealing and learning from management daily.
Cons: Scope of work is limited.

Excellent learning curve
I have a solid admin/ secretarial background, I've worked with a large number of people and manage to work with them. I have strong problem solving skills and communication experience. Im good in interaction with people and i easily grasp in the company's working system. i hope my application finds you in time and I'm available immediately as I'm on a contractract basis i will give my company one week notice. Thank you in advance i trust all is in order.

MSC gave me a clear picture and brilliant idea of how the maritime industry is in reality.
Working at MSC is a valuably testing experience. Great work pressure, bearing in mind MSC being the largest container operator in the galaxy. Also it teaches not just quality work ethic but also a sense of integrity and dignity towards own work and that of my colleagues.
Pros: Every morning starts off as a walk in park breeze until peak hours starts, where everyone is just working under pressure trying to mean deadlines. My colleagues are bundles of joy and helpful hands. In one word a " Family ", awesome people to work with. I also learnt that the workplace is no platform to complain but to hold the hot coal in your hand until it chills there.
Cons: There really aren't any cons besides the serious requirements to avoid the slightest mistakes as they can lead the company liable for great costs.

Excellent company to grow in
As any shipping or logistics industry it is very fast paced and high work loads. A typical day would bring in approximately 2000 emails and anywhere up to 100 calls. Constantly dealing with very upset clients and being great at client services is what gets you through the day and extensive knowledge of the work. This goes a long way if you are someone who is eager to learn and not only learn your job function. Working with people and colleagues was always my favorite... as I love problem solving and conflict solving. Many nights working long hours and going in very early in the morning just to go the extra mile for a client who desperately needs your help. Company also believed that you don't only have to do your job but lend a hand in any department that was struggling as different departments had different times where their work load picked up . Was an amazing company to work for and the people were definitely what made it.
Pros: Room for growth if you prove yourself
Cons: Not always noticed, so had to work hard to stand out

A typical work day starts off in a rush with lots of noise and slowly eases its way out. I have a good relationship with my colleagues. The atmosphere is very vast with alot of different personalities. I have gained knowledge mostly in the accounts division be it receipts of invoices to actually invoicing and controlling the invoice clerks. What i enjoy most is helping clients, speaking and interacting with them basically giving them more insight about their queries. I won't say I have a challenging aspect of the job I have mastered every aspect

Big company but not recognizing my qualifications chances of expanding are less, but great foundation for my self-confidence and my self, hope some day I been recognized
