It was a great experience indeed

The team leaders and management was great , made lifetime memories with co-workers and relationships, payments were on time and the work load was manageble, there were events in keeping works happy and first aid classes and other pharmaceutical classes

IN SOUTH AFRICA EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL, HOSPITAL, WHOLESALE PHARMACIES IN HOSPITAL I GOT SHORT TIME PROMOTIONS GOOD RELATION WITH ALL LEVELS OF EMPLOYEES PATIENCE AND HARD WORKING EVERYDAY 12 HOURS , SUNDAY SATURDAY ALSO EVEN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Fast paced environment and dynamic work culture

The culture is dynamic and requires hardwork as the environment is fast paced. I enjoy working with diverse group of co-workers. But the challenge is that the company wants hardworking employees but dont care about them, their feelings, their years of experience,hard work in the company, their salary or benefit. Loyalty and hardworking is not valuable to the company. They only focusing on the result than who is responsible for results. No credit for the good work done. Only focusing on punishing employees on their weakness than helping the employee overcome. Working for long term as women and still having to get unpaid maternity leave is also frustrating and shows no appreciation for women .It means you dont have to make kids if you are not financially privileged if you can ever work for them. Otherwise the management is friendly but dont care unfortunately.

Excellent

working as a pod clerk and stockroom control for medipost. Has been a great experience. Working for a company that supplies medication to people. It a game changer not only you are working ,but also making a difference to someone's life. And I am hard working person. I work easy with people. Team player.honest and kind.

Always open on learning new thing and to broaden my knowledge

Good computer skills able to work well under pressure able to take control if necessary young vibrant can communicate easily always open to learn new things and to broaden my knowledge, I am very positive person and do not mind hard work

Learning and still learning

It's a different ball game from what I am used to, but I'm a fast learner so it's not really that bad. But I miss the communications industry and would jump at any opportunity to come back to it
