Stepping stone.

One of the most important things I learnt at my company was consistency and diligency and that one should not leave today's work for the next day. I work with incredibly amazing people and the atmosphere is loving and pushes one to want to work harder, despite the challenges that were faced as this is a market-related company and we need to bring in clients in order to have a consistent cash-flow business. In the midst of that I learnt that when dealing with Attorneys and Medical Experts, the most important people herein are the front ladies/ receptionists as they are the people you talk to first and are the face/voice of a company.

Pros: Excellent work ethic.
Cons: No room for promotion.

A day in a Medico Legal Administrative company is busy, from phone calls coming in non-stop to emails that have to be responded, to dealing with client queries. I work with incredibly amazing people who lighten up my mood everyday when I get to work and we have a close relationship since the company comprises of 8 staff members in total. As the saying goes: "Quality over quantity" I learnt good work ethic, that procrastination is not an option especially in a company where sourcing out clients and ensuring that we keep them happy is vital, I enjoy interacting with people and I love being challenged and gotten out of my comfort zone, which brings me to one of the challenging parts of my company, that if we do not have clients, there is no business. So we always have to ensure that we keep the clients that we have happy and ensure that we source for new clients and that can only happen if we are already delivering quality service work.
