I see myself as a well groomed human being and enthusiastic person; I am adventurous, ambitious, determined in life. I am independent, well organized and I take what is expected of me seriously. I strive in every aspect of life to deliver my companies motto to high standards. I have learnt to work well with people

- Resolving patients queries according to the company’s policy - Capturing claims and processing claims - Compliance with Standard Operating Procedure - Requesting new prescriptions from patients - Dealing with patients late medication deliveries - Answering all incoming calls within agreed time - Actively engaging client and elicit necessary information required - Analyze and document all problem and refer to the relevant department - Making sure all information stays confidential at all times - Resolve or escalate queries and problem within the agreed SLA I got to know alot about my work place that i love and the people are always ready to help where they can.

I am a very experienced individual impeccable skills

My day starts at 06:45 thats when i arrive at work to start my shift as i am a very punctual person and I like preparing my self for the day ahead. I treat my colleagues with respect and utmost professionalism, I have been lucky to have been given the opportunity to learn more about the Technical side of my job by assisting with technical issues like PC, Laptop hardware and software configuration, liaising with IT department on very serious technical issues. I enjoy a friendly environment that allows me to grow and to learn as I like growth, I am an individual that face challenges with a positive view and always willing to learn when given the opportunity to do so. The most challenging aspect about customers service is consistency, one has to deliver the best customer service regardless of their issues as it prepares one to be very competitive in their future endeavours

Production Planner

Supports Business, Marketing, Supply Planning and production strategies and identify opportunities to meet market needs • Perform operational activities, including system save and restore, AS400 IPL, server reboot, offsite tape storage and report generation and distribution. • Monitor AS400 processes, backups and alerting software, including Nagios, Robot, MIMIX, QMessage Monitor and QSYSOPR. • Escalate issues to other IT resolver teams, perform shift turnover duties and data center inspections, and work with AS400 print jobs. Contact vendors as needed. • Create incident tickets to document issues and route them to appropriate support group for processing. • Provide Level 1 support and troubleshooting for desktop and laptop hardware / software issues. • Perform user account setup, security maintenance and systems monitoring.

Communication skills are excellent

To whom it may concern. I am currently working in a call centre in sunning hill sandton. Im working with providers and members on a daily basis. We investigate claims to find a solution so that The members can get there medication. We deals with doctors,pharmacies and members. We provide feedback if we can not solve a problem same time by doing call backs. I love working with people it really feels good to assist people.i enjoy doing my job and i learn A lot on a daily basis. I am currently looking for another job in admin or reception or customer care Dealing with clients face to face. Im looking for a new challenge.

Day At Work

I am a very punctual person with high computer skills and communication skills. I enjoy coming o work to solve customer queries, work with my team and interact with my manager. New technology is the challenge that brings about enhancement of skill and new attributes, I enjoy team buildings and Friday vibes.

Pros: The pros is to earn a better salary and experience growth
Cons: not being able to spend much time with my family

Excellent learning curve

• Deal with ASPO, SOL, SETS, Service Provider, NAPPI files, and Cardholder files. • Update RT tickets comprehensively and logically and follow up. • Research, investigation and resolve the incidents • Apply understanding of the database and how it affects Medikredit processing • Have a comprehensive understanding and apply the relevant scheme rules • Run advanced reports off CERM as well as normal standard reports off databases

What i love the most about my work place is that the people i work with are like family to me and we help each other in solving queries. I have learnt a lot since i started working here and we strive for success at all times. I have had the privilege to be trained at different departments. I have learnt to work in a call center..

what i enjot about my working place is that i work with people who are welling to assist and teach you about aot of things. The environment is a a free and safe environment.
