Good exposure, part of the senior management team

Engaging with various individuals on a daily basis; problem-solving; multi-tasking. I enjoy the interaction with people the most as well as events coordination. I have learnt a lot in terms of practice development; establishment and engaging with professionals across all levels. I have been exposed to various elements of the business on an operational level as well as a strategic level. Being a part of large projects and working towards achieving the company's goals and objectives.

Reaching company parkage

I am hard worker and will to learn, may you please gave me chance i wont let you down. I always on dutie 20 min before i can start my dutie and i hate to see staff wasting company resource or the time of the company going out to do shopping and taking more teatime. Respect of time is a very important task of my work place.

Excellent learning opportunity

First thing that I do when I get to work is to count the stock make sure that whatever was used was also charged so we can replaced back then I do billingof all stock. My collegues are very helpful an always willing to explain most medical questions that i enquire about. I have learnt how to manage stock, handle all secretarial duties of a hospital as well as how to work with different people eveyday. I enjoy learning New things eveyday, meeting new people, solving problems and just coming up with new ideas. I enjoy helping others and some of the training we receive. Most challenging aspect is trying to satisfy most people and dealing with stock loss.

Most of my review is included in my cover letter

The type of working I am doing is challenging because I am with Doctors all the time. My co-workers have so supportive as they know the pressure we are in. I have learnt to respect others with support and able to do my work for the day and finish before I leave. Working with different kinds of people like the reps from different companies coming to sell their product and I must handle them with respect for the sake of the patient. The most challenging aspect of my job is when trying to reach the target of the day and companies don't deliver my stock in time.
