Good supervision

I learned good leadership skills, problem solving skills, to be able to work independently and be able to make informed decisions that benefit the company which do not compromise the rights of workers. Team work is the spirit to take any project into success. Punctuality in everything at work is important.

Pros: To take care of the companies assets and use them productively.
Cons: Compromise a little of your time if need maybe

Excellent Learning Company

keep wHigh pressure working environment, good relationship for team, learnt how to handle pressure, communicate, love the people i work with. Short deadlines given and trying to keep within the SLA. ithin the SLA.

Excellent learning curve and experience

Very busy position. You have to multitask on a daily basis between handling staff queries and daily structured input. Friendly staff to work with. I enjoy my work and the fulfilment and satisfaction I get when a task is completed well. Most challenging is the payroll system which is not simplified enough as previous systems I worked on. You get almost ten screens to process one new employee. I love a challenge though. I enjoy the friendly staff I work with and the excellent teamwork we have.

Pros: Opportunity for permanent position
Cons: Travelling cost to work

Okay
