Medical practice Reviews

Many lessons learnt

My typical work day included, getting to.the office on time, starting my day with going through all ward patients, recording billing procedures etc... thereafter.proceeding perusing medical aids. It's always very hectic as well as frustrating, however, I take a breath n handle it. Since the practice was small, my co worker and I got on.extremely well. I learnt everything I possibly could regarding medical aids, accounts, always asking my.boss to explain different medical conditions etc, that for me was an eye opener to so much. My job involved interacting with kids, and parents, which I enjoyed, especially diff.opinions on different matters. I realised you are never too old to.learn something new. Greatest challenges however, was the loss of a patient. That is a very difficult situation to deal with, for me, personally, due to past experiences.

Pros: Great working hours, learning something new everyday
Cons: No benefits, no room for growth.
