Excellent company to work for.

Excellent working hours and off days. Flexible Opportunity to further studies. The company does not offer any benefits but otherwise the salary is enough. There is constant feedback from management on where one can improve.

Excellent learning curve, Illustrious.

Busy and conducive working environment. Learners are introduced to the day's work, facilitation takes place according to an agreed time-table,question and answer sessions follow, report back sessions are done. A needs analysis is done, introverts and extroverts are given tasks related to the topic. lesson summaries are done either in groups or as a class. Each lesson is evaluated by the students so as to give evidence of the achieved SMART objectives. My relationship with coworkers is smooth, mutual and very professional. I have learnt that the way up is the way down and honesty is the best policy. Good things come the hard way. I enjoy seeing my students gradually becoming executives. Some of the youths seem to resent hard work, hence motivating them needs patience, to accomplish this with a big class at times its challenging, it calls for me to go the extra mile. Hence indeed teaching is a calling.

Pros: I believe an opportunity knocks at a man's door, the way one responds will determine the results. So, I am sure if one goes to the top by merit even the devil will tremble.
Cons: Teaching and educational administration work hand in glove, it is a calling, as such that level of the extra work is what keeps the pass-rate high, hence every great leader must endure it in order to excel.

Im a peoples person, i really enjoy meeting and working with a lot of people. Im a perfectionist i pay attention to all the details and like to make sure that everything is just right. Im efficient and highly organised, this enables me to be as productive as possible

Am a good fast learning person

We currently working fine as a team that is what I extremely like about the people that am currently working with so that it's easy for everyone to come up with new ideas about the business meaning helping each other to rich our target's

It is a good company to work gor

Working for media works is very challenging becos you have to be in many places in a week. I have learnt to be accomodating cos i am working with people with different characters. I enjoy interacting with different people with challenging characters and background s.
