Excellent and enjoyable experience.

-Daily mentoring and coaching my sales team to over achieve sales. -working environment conducive with everyone ambitious about achieving. -Incentive scheme, though satisfactory, needs to be changed from quarterly to monthly. -No micro-management is encouraged at this company as we need to treat our sales force with trust and respect. -Responsibility, maturity and high professional conducts are some of the values highly regarded. -The most challenge we come across is the mushrooming of fly-by-night companies selling cheap lookalike products, which end up in the market due to the tight budgets of customers.

Pros: There's a huge opportunity for growth and advancement
Cons: Taking work home to ensure work doesn't lag behind

Excellent school leaving start up job. Nothing extremely stressful, quick and easy to learn.

Excellent school leaving start up job. Nothing extremely stressful, quick and easy to learn. Typical 'you either get it or you dont' kind of thing. No formal trading though... The person leaving trains you and that is somewhat a negative aspect but either way it's not rocket science. Cool chilled environment, managers and quite lenient and manage well.

Excellent Learning Curve

Working in the health industry. Meeting new people and evidently helping the ones in need of medical equipment. I love travelling and helping others and strying on top with the medical information systems including infection control.

Intense client interaction

Very good company, well organised, good structure.Pleasant staff.managers are helpful. Willing to push employees to better their job knowledge. Good bonuses when targets are achieved

I deal with Tenders and have realised my love for Customer Service and would love to deal with Customer on a daily basis as I believe that I am Customer Oriented.

Learning curve

Excellent learning curve..good networking, territory management and product information.Building relationships with key opinion leaders,average assistance from relative management or product managers..No scope to grow within the company.

Excellent learning experience.

Every monday I look at my back order report and plan for the week, then also include call outs in that schedule. Do quotations for service scheduled and accessories. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. In the 3 years I have been with the company I have learnt on how to work with different clients in all the hospitals whether private or government. I really enjoy working on medical equipment and enjoy how to manage this piece of equipment. The most challenging aspect is to deal with difficult customers, working during the night, the manufacturers dont have stock and the client is in your case because he/she paid annual maintanence.

Pros: Learn different types of customers and how to manage yourself and medical equipment.
Cons: Working after hours, travelling

Excellent learning curve

Medhold Group is a very best company but when coming to salary its very stingy.. We cant support ourselves and families we cnt hv our own homes snd cars eith the salary.

Pros: Great opportunity you learn vareity of skills
Cons: Bad salary for a big company like that
