Great New Business Development learning experience.

Medal Paint is a multi national,the environment in sales is competitive and robust but an understanding of your business acumen, strategies and planning is key just for starts.Team management amongst sales is strong and the mood is always upbeat.Target driven environment but the nature towards each other always pleasant.Key is planning and making allowances for success and failure for your day/week/month.

Excellent learning curve

It's a learning curve because it's a different industry. I was having fmcg industry experience. But sales is sales. I learned to sell everything that comes my way.

Pros: opportunity for growth is limited in this company. my reason : their is nepotism snd discrimination in this comp

Good learning experiences

the area is very good but not wealthy for human health and well being because it is full of dust and chemicals ...and they are less protective guards.

Pros: less opportunities
Cons: more than 10 hours a day
