Excellent lerning

I obtain a diploma in IT (cum laude) and I have completed my learning programme at bytes people solution.my contract at med-e-mass(bytes healtcare)where I worked as Training and Desktop support consultant has recently ended. I am familiar with Microsoft office programmes and have an understanding of computers and various softwares and their relevant problems and how to resolve them.whilst working at bytes,i have provided support to various users with technical,hardware and software support in organisations such as game and dion inland and international .i have good written and verbal communication skills and able to work well with people.

Pros: secure job promotion with more challenges and better salary
Cons: dont wanna see myself seating doing nothing

Excellent lerning

While I was working at Med-e-mass,my duties was: Provide support, telephonic, on site, and training users.  Install systems following standard procedures.  Ensure all work is carried out and documented in according with required standards, methods and procedures.  The Delivery of training to customers on company products and services.  Receives requests for assistance from users in a pleasant and professional manner.  Basic hardware knowledge, windows and networking.  Rapidly learn new technical information as required

Pros: learned how to communicate with client and training them
Cons: working long hours to help those who did not get the training well
