Management bullies staff on daily basis

The most challenging part is dealing with the bullying from upper staff like the QC and owner. He thinks he can treat everyone like shit because they all desperate for a job as the economy is in such a crisis

Excellent and ability to learn

Relationship with co-workers are very good and have excellent communications with each other. Typical work day is being very productive Learn everyday how to better myself always Enjoy most the people and customers I deal with everyday. Also enjoy wanting to come to work. Challenging the most is dealing with clients that are very difficult and how efficient and proffessional to deal the issues at hand
