Pros: Good work/ life balance. Great professional work environment: Beautiful new offices with Corporate look and feel.
Cons: Very few opportunities for promotion. Very few opportunities to do design work except for partners. Limited access to design software.

Good learning experience

The company offers a good learning experience. Working under pressure and makes sure all is done in adequate and manageable circumstances. staff and partners are there to help you and give guidance and help were needed. Working mainly in the retail field a good knowledge is built from all experience dealing with clients, tenants, centre management etc.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: No room for growth
