Excellent working skills

My typical work day is checking the employees time sheets, I am on a fixed term employment currently as I am only helping out on a project in the construction field. From my previous experience working for the Healthcare sector, I assisted with HR, Payroll as well as Time and Attendance and training line managers on the time and attendance system. I enjoy working with people as I can remain cool and calm and deal with all sorts of queries and I like to set the employees at ease that their query is been delt with. In my current occupation I am not learning much as I am limited to a set function but in the Healthcare sector I have learned a great deal, I learned how to conduct internal audits, DOL audit preparation, as well as IR related issues. I must admit that my most challenging aspect of being an HR officer at my previous company was to attend my first hearing and seeing an employee being dismissed, but it soon became easier for me to accept.

Pros: I work hard to always find a way to better myself
Cons: I am a mother, so I won't be able to travel or work late often

Every January with gauranteed bonus every year

We have a very busy schedule everyday with no time to sit around. I get on very well with all types of people and that makes the job more interesting. Deadlines are very tide and challenging to meet them on a monthly basis. Management great and always have the welfare of the employees at heart.

Learning alot

Since i have been employed by MDM i have learn so many things about construction and all of the material needed to go in to such a project. By being a storeman for such a big construction company its hard to keep up with the volume of employees that needs PPE or tools but by doing this every day you learn how to manage the high volume of employees, you learn how to communicate with other employees, how to interact with them aswell. But most important is i have gaint alot of experience in the daily duty of running multiple stores. Hazardous stores, consumers stores, PPE stores, Rigging and equipment stores.

Pros: Hard working and reliable.
Cons: Working in extreme hot conditions
