Excellent and learning

Jam clothing is a company that allows you to grow inside the company which is why they have a training program that prepares you to be a trainee manager. In this training is meant to groom you as a sales Representative and a manager. As a trainee you are helping your store assistants to give quality service to customers. Like how to treat customers as when they enter the store,show them gratitude and that you are there if they need assistance.

Pros: great opportunity for growth
Cons: less quality time

Exceptoonal learning

i am very good in providing exceptional customer service.i believe when working with customer they always comes first.i am also good and honest being a cashier and also good with merchandising.i think i am not getting paid enough for all my hard working and all the expwrience i have got.i have a good relationship with my co workers.my everyday challenge is my manager,she is so favouratism and like to critisize her workers.i enjoy most when i am helping a customer,it gives me time to learn new things.

Pros: great opportunity to grow employees
Cons: reasonable working hours
