• Attend every kick off meeting before work commence on site and evaluate contractor’s Health and Safety compliance to MCT requirements. • Where practically possible conduct site visits to each active site every second day, or where the project duration is less than two days at least once. • Complete site evaluation form for each site visited and send completed site evaluation report to H&S Manager upon completion of site visit. • Ensure that contractor conduct daily risk assessments on site • Ensure that Induction training is done by the contractor on site • Ensure that all relevant documentation (registers) on site are completed when conducting site visits. • Ensure that barricading and general housekeeping on site are according to MCT requirements and standards. • Conduct contractor’s premises audits on an annual basis. •
