Good learning experience

I am able to work in a challenging environment, fast leaner, very good at working under pressure does not get easily distracted,.I am in love with the I.T industry, anything to do with programming and developing, can be an excellent leader as I became a team leader in my internship program in a fibre optic class, hard worker and very enthusiastic go-getter ,very passionate about developing and programming an software development ,as of now i work in a nocdesk my joc is a bit chalenging as we work with a lot of customer so me and my collegues we have to always sound happy on the phone and meet our SLA,and try to solve the customers problems as fast as we can,i have learnt to be patient with people and i enjoy working with my co-worker,a typical work day for me at the office is first log in the system check emails from customers, log their calls on the portal, ask for updates from service providers and make sure that the service providers dont go out of SLA.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Long working hours

Senior Project Manager at MCORP Communications.

A work day consists of the following, gathering updates on projects from different role players, reconcile information and identify areas where intervention is needed. Follow up on project related issues and assist build teams in resolving possible blockages. Draw up reports and update management on progress to manage customer expectations. I have learned that many times things go wrong and its always best to be on top of it to best manage expectations timorously. There is nothing more satisfying than walking away from a job well executed and knowing you have done everything possible to complete it within time, budget and with the required quality. People and customer expectations are normally the most challenging parts of the job.

Pros: Working with a great team
Cons: Working away from home for long periods of time
