I wish to grow big and learn more I love learning new things in life I don't like being comfortable.

Working at McKenzie is no easy task since u work whit very heavy stuff.and too much labour,my relationship with my co worker is great although days are not the same .I enjoy more to assemble parts together being busy at all times,abd seeing time fly.I learnt more about engines and different parts.also how to be safe at most coast without getting injured while working.the most challenging parts I faced is meeting dead line most of the time we get less time to get a job done and while the customer is waiting for it working alot under pressure to conclude but at the end of the day I get it Done

Pros: I won't lie getting to the next level in.this company is very bad and chances are very low because they don't like paying they employers since the whole single family runs the company they are the ones that get the position which is for family and relatives and close friends its deeper that politics
Cons: I work from ,7am to 4 pm which isn't a problem since I don't mind working and making money but than over time never makes you happy because you dont see the money u been working for .although sometimes you might work 30 minutes extra but still it might happen that you wont get paid for that half an hour which is bad
