Greets everyone on arrival at store before going to chat to Managers in office. Enquire how they feel ( small talk if any sports happened and how their families are doing )?Create a positive morale People is the fundamental ingredient in the success of any business and people should feel appreciated and recognised.

Pros: I am approachable to anyone of the staff. Create a good morale and earn respect from workers.
Cons: Long hours , often neglecting family

THIS ISA PERFECT COMPANY TO WORK FOR

My company is a fast paced company that require young people mostly.It feels great working at company because we are trained to be friendly from the day of employment so even if you get a transfer to work from another location with new people you just fit in. It also offers trainings grow your knowledge and also to empower us for example they offer shift management programme which helps us to have a more skills in managing.

Pros: Always give opportunities within it employees
Cons: 8 hours
