McCarthy Volkswagen it is a nice company that one could work for simply because of the vibrant as well as the management style of managing. They even take you through sales courses via Volkswagen South Africa in Centurion Brakenfeld to be precise were they take you through the whole process of a vehicle from start to finish line as well as taking you through sales process on how to start the sale process right up to closing the sale. That is why I could recommend every one that want to be in the vehicle sales to join the group simply because of they care for their employees.

Learnt a lot while working here

A typical work day is very busy for me. There is enough work the whole day. Our working environment is very good and the workers are friendly. We have a good team. I have learnt a lot about motor vehicles. I mostly enjoy fault finding on vehicles. The most challenging aspects is having to please customers and deal with their complaints which hardly makes sense most of the time.

work day starts at 04h00 in the morning and then at 15h00 at the afternoon relationship with co workers is excellent to open my mouth to get things done i have a passion for cooking

Excellent learning curve

Has been a good company to work for. I have a good relationship with my sales team and the people in other departments are friendly. The work environment is extremely pressurized and the hours are long as times especially at month end

Daily meeting Plan the day Do cold calling do follow ups on current clients assist walk in client Go out to do demonstration at client Assist in organizing the floor get the cars to the workshop for check inspect cars for any defects
