Leadership skills

I find this to be a very enthusiastic and the excellent self-development opportunity provided. I found it to be a great opportunity to seize & not to let it pass by. Starting a career at your Company is the chance of a life time to fulfill my objectives of developing myself as a prospective self-driven person. I'm a hard working person with high potentials & passion for this field. With the knowledge, understanding & education I have, I believe to be a very competitive candidate for this opportunity. Excellent learning curve

To complete and capture consumer applications for Credit Transactions, for vehicle financing and insurance. To verify the identity and residence details of consumers/clients as prescribed by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). Present consumers/clients with a Credit Provider’s (Bank) quotation & pre-agreement statement. Explain and conclude the signing of Credit transactions for processing and validations. Provide consumers with the Credit provider’s dominant reason for credit being refused where applicable.

Hard working loyal person who prides himself on his achievements

First person at work and plan my day excellent relationship with co workers in all dept I love closing deals and finding new business I believe that I am a positive leader in our business and people rely on me to complete sales with VIP clients

REVIEW OF TYPICAL WORK DAY

Busy, fast-paced, changing every few minutes. Answering switchboard, helping walk-in customers. Signing for couriers. Meeting & greeting customers. Directing them to correct department/person. Learnt to try and stay calm under pressure. Learnt to not take it personally when customers vent their anger and irritation on me, because of colleagues in other departments. Learnt to prioritise. Enjoy meeting different people. The most challenging aspect of the job is if the switchboard is busy and one has to take messages, callers have to wait in line. I do not like it when customers have to wait. I strive to help them quickly and efficiently.

Cons: Long working hours without a break

Review title

It is very hectic. Working with customers that want to buy, sell, service their vehicles or want to purchase parts. Taking messages, meet and greet, directing to correct department. Emailing messages. Sense of urgency. Manning Reception at all times.

Pros: Up to date with latest vehicle models
Cons: No breaks. Rude customers.

Receptionist/ switchboard

doing various responsibilities screening calls, manage switchboards , boardroom booking, Customer service, welcome visitors, accepting parcel from couriers, typing and fax documents, cashier, taking payment for parts sold to client or payment, Banking Reconcile payment receipted via cash or speed point.

Pros: Alot of Experience agained
Cons: monday to Saturday

I have experience in working with stock, internal sales, good communications skills and have knowledge of car parts and accessories. I have experience of warehouse environment ( generating invoices , checking and receiving stock, binning, picking, packing, dispatching, managing returns, stock/ cycle counts, compile stock records, and I'm computer literate. I always put emphasis on meeting deadlines and able to uphold confidentiality in work environment which makes me uniquely qualified for the job advertised. I`m looking for an opportunity that will challenge me, help me broaden my knowledge, keep me thinking and where there's room for growth as I'm a fast learner and hard working.
