Great learning opportunity

Its a great experience working at my company, McCain is a food manufacturing plant so food safety and hygiene are number one priority. I hold a very sensitive position. I work closely with the production and quality team to make sure that we achieve the set AIB and FSSC standards. I started my career at McCain and I have grown tremendously through out the years. I know alot about the veg processing plant as I did some line study work and production functions. Iv been given the opportunity to learn and explore the plants and thus I understand the manufacturing process in great amounts

Looking for an opportunity

I'm looking for an opportunity to leverage my skills in strategy brand management team management project management and portfolio management. I have learnt the importance of teamwork driving results in a high performance ever changing environments.

Nothing is good

I learned about machineries I learned that if you are black you not going anywhere as an artisan. The job is easy to do but the people you do work with. If you trained in a company you will be always underestimated in that company.

Pros: Great promotion opportunities for whites
Cons: Long hours work
