With exesive knolage in rebuilding machines and components, doing maintenance, assessments and repairs on site. My job isearch my hobby so I don't mind working weekends and long hours

Excellent learning curve

Do assessment , and repair authorisation which includes the labour hours and total repair costing on exel, trouble shooting , analysing andata submitting oil samples, training of subordinates , drivers our four fundamentals (safety, quality, cost and due dates).lead a team of mechanics and repot to the forman. Rebuilt machines and undertake my dues as safety representative . Compile legal files and inspect tools , I enjoy rebuilding equipment

It was a great experience from being an operator to auto electrician apprenticeship.

Motivate me a lot working under good team . Able to lead and makes decisions that are productive for the company. Working under pressure . Able to troubleshoot and diagnose faults . Doing faultfindings . Rebuilding components and replacing components.

Excellent learning curve and well established with great machines and management.

The company is great with great machines and great management. The co workers are great. We respect each other and also the machines. I've learnt so much while doing my apprenticeship. I learnt to maintain and service earthmoving machines. I enjoyed the great stuff the company had to offer like production bonuses and all other allowances. The mist challenging aspect about the job was being impatient

Cover letter

Legally responsible person for all machinery, plant and buildings. daily problem solving initiatives to ensure sustainability of plant and operations. The most challenging aspects of the job is to be responsible and accountable for the safety, maintenance success of the machinery. What I enjoyed the most is to interact with people and to lead and manage them to achieve goals. to be part of a team that see problems as challenges.
