I learned lot from the company

I learned lot from my colleagues, they taught me things that I didn't knw them and also the management was so supportive, and I was enjoying the system that they were using to teach us, 10 weeks at schools 6 month on field

Pros: Team work especially when urgent jobs with quick dealines are at hand.
Cons: Breakdowns which means long hours with lot's of overtime, sometimes throughout the night or whole weekend.
