Great development opportunity

Everyday brings different challenges with internal and external personal. At some point with sales targets it's a same routine but due to unsettled economy you might have to readjust the strategy to reach you them. Getting satisfaction from your customers and the challenge of having to meet the demands of the hard to please customers

Excellent

It's exciting to work around people an other different stations, you get chance to interact with a lot of different people an cultural beliefs. You get a chance to study while gaining work experience and they offer great opportunities

Excellent learning curve however the is too much work with a little salary

You have to work on weekends including holidays you cant spend time with family too much work less salary. It has benefits and atleast you attend classes for training the company pays for the classes

19 Years management experience

I am a hard worker and i can deliver a great service to all my customers at all times ,and i am a good motivator to my staff so the are always motivated to comr to work and willing to serve our customers with a smile at all times.i can go an extra mile when it comes to be serving my customers . I am willing to learn and take any criticism as a great platform to to grow from my mistakes .

Pros: hard work
Cons: stock control ,stock ordering ,staff scheduling ,budget control,sales upgrade ,stock counting ,month end report submit ,and all store operations

Excellent learning curve for my career

Jits been an amazing 8 years of my working relationships with my co workers. I have learnt how the importance of treating each other with respect means,without colleagues the company cut go anywhere. Having to work with different customers teaches you individually how to handle difficult situations in your personal life and work .I went to courses the company paid and I did my best at work I wasn't there yet however I gave results as per my target. The most challenging part for me was feeling like your being targeted to fail and senior management would do this to ensure that what they have planned happens. I felt like a pon in their plans with some of my coworkers. I loved my job but I felt it was time to move b review

Excellent learning curve

Mc Donalds is the best company to work for. At some point their shifts are not good especially night shifts. My home is here in Newcastle and I want a new challenge when it comes to work industry and be near with my family.

Is a job that helps you to know how to communicate and and also know what you are serving to you clients is also hush to its employees management think like they are the one owning the business
