Its a very challenging environment because in a daily basis I have to monitor 15 agents make sure and check their daily productivity and making sure the enviriomant is conducive
Pros: there is no opportunity for growth

I am an IT Technician dealing with IT problems everyday
I am an honest and hardworking individual, I believe in doing things first time right so that i cannot waste time on one thing. I am humble person, and with the level of my experience i believe i can fit in very well in your company as I am also looking for the challenge elsewhere and a chance to grow as well as there are slim chances of growth in our company

Call center
Calling debtors for outstanding account setting up payment arrangements for paying outstanding accounts. Give debtor education about paying the accounts how important it is to pay the accounts and the disadvantages of not paying outstanding account how the account will increase if the account is not been paid.

No matter what happens,stay true to yourself.
I love interacting with people,I am a positive team player, self motivated, assertive. I have good communication and negotiation skills. My work environment is full of young and vibrant people. I have my daily targets eg talk time,matters,ptp and average rand value.I love and respect my job and my co-workers.The most challenging aspect of my job is when I rail debtors and don't get hold of them,maybe voicemail,ring no answer or they hang up and I have hourly and daily targets. I can work under stressful environment and pressure. I have learnt to be calm all the time,no matter what the situation.when I meet and exceed my targets I win hampers and vouchers.
Pros: Skills and experience.
Cons: Late shift has few hours,however MBD doesn't have night shift allowance or transport, sometimes I walk alone to the taxi rank

Not many opportunities of learning
A typical day at work is when I get a difficult client who does not understand how the company works. I have a good relationship with my colleagues because we help each other. I have learnt that team work is important . at work I enjoy the team work that we have. The difficult aspect is dealing with a client who does not want to understand the terms and conditions of the company.

N4 good negotiations skills
I am a young vibrant youth that is ready for work and in a workplace environment I am willingly able to work standard hours and flexible hours have a good communication skills and always looking for new knowledge and opportunities that may occur in the business environment i have learnt how to work as a team and how to work efficiently under pressure and learnt to adapt quickly in sharing good relations with coworkers and my customers insuring a great balance between both parties.I injoy most an industry that is active positive and always insures its clients and employees are its common assets and comes first in this case a happy client brings in more work and more work brings in more productivity.

Learning curve
I work for Mbd for one year and my contract ended . the position that I held was collection agent and incoming calls. We collected and did inquiries also . I tored us how to deal with angry clients and how to give best customer service . my skills are to give best customer service . they though us how to show emphathy to clients .I enjoy working at Mbd because the colleagues are helpful and we assist each other with work . the most challenging thing is when you assist a difficult client , but staying calm and listen helps so that u can solve the problem . I enjoy working with many people so that I can learn about different cultures . I would like to work in a incoming call centre because are love assisting callers .

Excellent
I have been engaged in a team work and Am deadline driven. My relationship with co workers is very good and also with my peers. Challenging part is when my queries are not resolved Have gained musiver experience in finance and have showed potentially in other sections of finance.
