No challenges or growth

I am a perfectionist who believes in going the extra mile in the course of my duties. I am a hard worker verbally articulate, outgoing and friendly. I easily adjust in any environment and cope well under pressure. I am a fast learner, adventurous, love new challenges and I am always willing to undergo any training to sharpen my skills and gain new knowledge. I take pride in my appearance because I understand that not only do I represent myself, I also represent the company I work for. My strength, abilities, skills and experiences could be appreciated elsewhere as there's no growth for me where i currently work

Pros: Great opportunity to be exposed on a new industry as I had never work in the motor industry before joining Mazda East Rand
Cons: Long working hours

Learning curve

Great environment for an experienced sales person. Fantastic brand which evokes your passion. Growth wise fairly limited but customer retention is great and have only recently experienced a fair amount of staff turnover. Overall, I have grown personally and I am confident that I can now move into a more senior role.

Pros: Great location.
Cons: Limited growth potential.
