Thtthe most challanging to me was the storage in a warehouse is too small. And the buyers do not look at the cjallenging spake to keep the stock. warehouse.

Great work exprience

my day starts by going through my emails and checking is there are any problems with orders or planners from the different retailers need additionals . secondly i sit with the production planner ensuring fabric i procure is available for production. Once planners from retailers send me their forecasts for units they need i then do coverage reports and check if we are covered and how long. If we are short i then create a Po that il send to suppliers oin Hong Kong or Pakistan to be shipped. My colleagues and i have a very good relationship I am the youngest but they all very enjoyable people to work with. What ive learnt and enjoy is seeing how a design can be turned into a product and all the components that need to come together to do this.

Pros: Learning experience , working under pressure , creating new idea
Cons: Limited room to grow

Excellent learning curve

I started as an assistant operator year 2012 than a year later i become as an operator beacouse they see lost of potantial in me.well i would i gain a lot at maytex such as time management,honesty, dedication, passion and hard working

I am ready to add value to a well established company with the experience i acquired.

my daily duties involve motioning and analyzing supply chain reports. i am a hands on person who is always taking on challenges and solving problems i work well with all my colleagues. I've built relationships with all my suppliers and customers which allows me to work comfortable with them. i enjoy that supply chain is a all rounder job. i am involved with different departments in which i learn more everyday. the most challenging aspect would be having to push out a last minute order respect as this is not planned for in advance, despite this i am still able to achieve delivery to my customer in the required time.

Pros: opportunity to learn as a graduate
Cons: long working hours, saturday work

Enthusiastic, smart, fast learner

I work well with people of all races . I am patient with staff and works well under pressure to make sure staff are paid on time and accurately . I am a team player and enjoy helping co workers and going the extra mile

Excellent work environment very understanding directors and HODs Good learning environment Training available Payscale does not improve with added training or job functions Going the extra mile is acknowledged by a award or few hundreds extra in bonus Work environment is fair
