Good company but support structure not there

I am a mentor to Intern agents , I love working with ppl There us no urgency with anything hence we lose potential deals and earning becomes tough , secretarial staff are very good and no one puts you under pressure , your time is your own.because we determine our own income. Very pleasant environment in the company

Excellent learning curve

I have been in the property industry for the past 14 years, stepping my way up to a supervisor position. I have learnt and broadened my knowledge and skills over time and have been exposed to all kinds of scenarios in the property industry which allows me to tackle and remedy all queries, problems and circumstances very fairly and diplomatically. I am also very clued up with property laws as i have been to many tribunal meetings and mediations wholst representing in my clients behalf and was never found wanting. My team and i work very well together and that is because of our dedication to every task that presents itself. I know that i will be an invaluable asset to your team and company if given the opportunity.
