Leaning new things

It is a very big company and it have 40 employee and our boss is a very nice person and respect her staff and love them she is very kind adorable person we are working as team and I'm a team leader who is good in communication skills and listening skills at all time

Pros: Great chance of promotion
Cons: Manageable working hours
