Working for this company its a great challenge, busy everyday. There are those typical working days were a client pushes us for death lines we will work to rich our target,even overtime. I have a family relationships with my co-workers. What I have learned in this past months when making decisions include all your staff there is no single day of not learning new things. There most challenging aspects it to change from one plan job to unplanned agent job.

Cons: Working overtime it extra money.

Reliable and responsible

We are hard workers and I have a great relationship with my co-workers. We work with with dedication and we are responsible people. Reaching our targeted its a most enjoyable time to me. Changing from initial plan to unplanned job is mostly challenging aspects of the job.
