I am open to learning new technologies and advancing in the management field

I engage with my subordinates and get their buy in how they are to carry out certain tasks. I have managed to learn several skills on my current position , namely using MS Excell, MS Projets, Construction Computer Software ( CCS ) amongst other things . I enjoy tackling new projects and seeing them to completion .

Pros: I have been exposed to a lot of new opportunities to learn new items
Cons: Most projects are out side Johannesburg therefore I will be away from my family

Great working experience

Is a great opportunity of gaining experience Learning more of the duties that the Q.S do Financially challengedo as Im not paid at times The pay is too small R2800

Pros: Gaining experience
Cons: Longood working hours and unstability of the monthly stipend
