Contract Position

This is a contract position at a company which is in transition. My department still have a lot of work in fine tuning its standard operating systems, it needs a thorough investigation of its processes to further influence its ability to make profit. Current operating system is so reliant on human interventions thus opened to lots of inefficiencies from one person filtering to another. No proper quality control measures in place, its all trusting the one has done the job correctly. Therefore its a challenge for me coming from stock control, warehousing background to make others understand the financial impact of each transaction they undertake.

Pros: New Work Environment in Machinery, therefore learning a lot about the different machines and their application
Cons: Its a contract position, no real direction in the process, lots of redundancy, IT systems in place are outdated.

I am a hard working person who is willing to learn new things every day

As I was working as administrator my duties was to capture the stock into the system and make sure that the stock is available for sale and also do the filing

Pros: It will be a good opportunity to start working to a new place

Learn alot of all the products and the owners and buyers i deal with at store level

I work hardware stores northen suburbs.boland area. And travel alot to gansbaai.struisbaai.de doorns.worcester.robertson i learn every day new things and solving problems at store level

Excellent learning experience

Being the first female picker at Matus Bidvest has been a learning experience. The Males i work with are very supportive. And i enjoy working with them. I enjoy challenging myself and learning something new daily about the business. It's been a huge honour working there.

Accuracy and problem solving

As a picker enjoy serving customers and making sure that the SLA is being kept every day of our work.Problem solving its also part pf the things i enjoy at way and making things easier for customers to get their orders with no delay.

Excellent learning curve

i am always aware of what is expected of me as stipulated in my performance plan but strive to learn as much as i can, whenever i can as duties which does not fall in my scope are sometimes called upon for completion, which i gladly complete. i understand that the smooth functioning of the organisation/division/department is priority for continued performance and efficient service delivery. i possesses excellent interpersonal, technical, listening and communication skills which allows me to interact well with fellow members as well as members of the public/clients.

Good and fulfilling

Woseerkhfv according to call cycle, see on weeklyWork according to call cycle, see customers on weekly basis, making sure stand are neat and tidy. Stock levels are filled to the max.
