Good area to learn independence

Im a hard worker with good interactive skills I learned how to work with people and to help those in need of my help and gives an individual an opportunity to further their career because the hospital on its own is not very busy but the problem is with management they are weak and they tend to fail the hospital and the community

Good place

-It's a level one hospital which is doing good for a hospital it's size -Very competent staff,and everyone knows each other -Serves a wide range of communities but even if it's being overworked, employees there appreciate giving help to clients according to their individual needs
