Yes excellent learning curve.

I really enjoy working for that company. I have learnt a lot . I also experience a lot of skills knowledge and challenges that really make the job very excited and more challenging. The most important things was the relationship and good understanding with my co - workers and superiors. The excitement when the shift is over and the excellent results that you hand over to the next shift. The most challenging aspects was when something when wrong but at the end rejoye after manage to fix everything. I really enjoy working as a team,good relationship,, learnt form each other. On the job training important. Motivation important.

Pros: Great opertuney for promotion Yes
Cons: It was really a pleasure working for that company. I learn a lot . Have a lot of skills knowledge and experience of the five different plants i work on. Sometimes long hours but it was with it.

Good but not rewarding

My job is great, with a few non desirable factors such as political interference when it comes to engineering, my belive is that engineer's opinions should be taken into seriuos consideration. Other factors such as the one that we, at the electrical department, are for the past 8 years and currently operating with 37% of our Labour compliment . This and the fact that we have realy poor management conserning procurment and the general running of finances has caused the collapse of our capacity on the provision of service delivery, which should be our primary focus.Being the person that i m, an workholic, this kind of environment is extremely frustrating to leave with.

Pros: no opportunity only for EE
Cons: yes very long working hours due to personnel shortage

GREAT LEARNING CURVE

ITS VERY GOOD AND CHALLENGING AT THE SAME TIME TO WORK IN THE ENVIROMENT WHERE I'AM. I HAVE AN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS,WE SHARE A LOT OF IDEAS AND WE TRY BY ALL MEANS TO IMPLEMENT THEM.I HAVE LEARNT THAT IS GOOD TO WORK WITH PEOPLE CAUSE YOU GET TO LEARN NEW THINGS EACH DAY,AND GAIN IT'S VERY HARD BECAUSE OTHER CLIENTS THEY DONT HAVE PATIENCE. THEY WANT THING TO GO ACCORDING TO THE WAY THEY UNDERSTAND SO ITS BETTER TO BE POLITE AT ALL TIMES AT MY KIND OF WORK,TO TRY AND EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT THERE ARE RULES TO BE FOLLOWED AT EVERY WORKPLACE.I ENJOY WORKING WITH MY COLLEAGUE CAUSE WE HAVE BUILD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP AMONST EACH OTHER.

Good experience

At work i was friendly to my co-workers, be able to worj together combining ideas till the job its done. Have learn to listen to my co- workrs so tjat no mistake will be done as far as we working with electricity. What makes me happy was to see the job being done with undrstanding and see the people happy that we manage to fix power for them.

Good but not rewarding

I m reasonably happy with my employment, but I feel that I m permanently at work due to the lack of trained qualified personnel and that I have no personal life.I m by nature a workoholic but when you have a team that's not willing to participate in the sharing of work load it becomes a bit frustrating and that is my reason for wanting to look for other employment.

Great company to be exposed in hands on job

Working on daily cable joints breakdown mostly low voltage cable joints and sometimes on high voltage joints and is interesting because a good professional procedure's must be followed as a way to be protected and protect other people. For example when we need to diagnose a fault we first need isolate two points where we believe the fault may be in between and then diagnosed it. And it is very challenging when it is difficult to pick up the fault or maybe the company is running out of material however working around people that you have build a good team spirit with is very exciting and sometimes challenging for others due to different personalities

Pros: Great opportunity work exposure and learning as graduate
Cons: Unavailability of funds for students and inability to upgrade new system
