Learning curve that prepared me for Amy work anywhere as long it is focussed on learning

At this company I worked as attaining coordinator whereby on a daily basis one would plan and visit schools assisting teachers to gain strategies and methodologies to help in the teaching of mathematics. On other times we would team up and conduct teacher workshops for clusters. Every month we individually wrote reports to management and donor to relate learner and teacher progress. At this stage teamwork was always at play. Relationship building was also important to establish to all the role players. O enjoyed .most the involvement with teachers and learners as I have a passion for education..The only challenges in this job was when the unions called for strikes. This made outwork lay behind. This was a contract job and therefore it came to an end.

Pros: To recognise teacher and learner achievements at the end of the year
Cons: Working through weekends including Sundays during report writing time

Excellent learning curve and professional development

- I am a field worker, only report at the office on Fridays - Always have PD Sessions with the director and collegues - I have learnt working with teacher and learner development - I enjoy when learners are learning and teachers are improving on teaching and learning strategies - The most challenging part of this job is when you want to conduct workshops weekends and school holidays.

Pros: No space for growth and promotion. Always on laptop
Cons: Always doing research and sending reports
