Excellent learning curve and personal development

I work at a high school, I assist teachers with their laptops and smartboards, helps the kids with internet searches. I love working with people and helping out so I make sure that I have an approachable personality. During my 13 months experience, I've learnt to deal with different attitude everyday and be professional, I've also gained experience in the IT world. What challenges me is when everybody wants my help all at the same time

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Doing more than my job description

Good learning opportunity

I work 8 hours a day from 8 am to 16 pm,the working environment is good and i have a good relationship with my co-worker.i have learnt how to multi-task as I'm serving 50 user's Dailey. The only challenge a have here is the limited resources.

Pros: Great opportunity for starters
Cons: No growth
