I am a fast leaner

I am friendly lady who likes her work very much. I go all out when given a task. I work well with people and consider myself to be a strong communicator, presenter and also listener. I face challenge of people not taking their work seriously and having to discipline them is quit a challenge cause I work with people who have in a company for a while at time its difficult

Pros: it is nice and a challenge also
Cons: I dont mind working overtime as long as it for a good cause

Good communication

It was good company,the workers we were like family.when it comes to customers its a big problem bt I was managing cause I know how to communicate with them,now I now how to calculate debt,credit, balance my fc

My job has taught to be independant and sometimes to take decisions when my seniors are around

It is nice to work for a retail because you learn how to handle customers and to also put their needs first. I am a people`s person meaning I love an environment where everybody is happy and doing their job, I don't mix business with pleasure. The experience that I have taught me that hard work pays and you listen to your seniors. What I love about my job is I learn everyday and meet new people daily and the advices that I got my seniors. The most challenging aspects is when my co-workers don't do their job and wanting others to do their job for them its really tiring and boring at the same time.

Pros: I have been promoted twice and to me it shows that i am going somewhere in life
Cons: I dont mind working long hours because i dont like doing half jobs
