Well Said

Working at the company(IT Training Company) has been challenging, both in a technically aspect as well working with co-workers. A typical work day resulted in me fixing bugs, and rebuilding business CRM. When I started at the Company they gave me a study contract to further my knowledge, which is the reason why they gave me a very low salary, because of the study investment. I have learned quite a lot on a daily basis which includes how to manage employees, projects, and build robust software. The most challenging part of the job was maintaining code which was written decades ago which made it harder to upgrade because it was also running on fairly old systems. I was also an instructor where I had to teach students , including new lectures how to write code which will take your developer skills to the next level.

Pros: There are no promotions the business is fairly limited in departments
Cons: Working hours are 5 - 8 , from Monday to Friday
