Growing well with the company

Have been working in this industry for 12 years, mainly dominated by men, I learnt how to be strong when giving instruction, when there is a shortage of staff I'd put on overalls and work with the guys offloading a container, sorting and pulling hundreds of cartons a day.There were good times and bad but at the end of the day it would be a job well done.Making myself available when needed helped me to handle pressure, work with different people with different behaviours.This is what I'm prepared to do should I be given an opportunity for this job
