Excellent learning curve.

Start work at 8:30. Start with checking mail and responding to Franchise inquiries. Closer to the end of the month, from the 25th I capture stats of all 153 franchises. answer inquiries via telephone, and draw up documents for meetings. Have a great relationship with co-workers. The relationship between Management and employees are excellent. The environment I enjoy. I am looking for a challenge and growth as there is no opportunity for promotion or growth.

Pros: Excellent environment
Cons: No oppertunity for promotion and growth.
