Looking for a challenge

Daily allocations of payments received, clearing of accounts, Balancing of GL accounts. Recons, dealing with customer and store related queries. Follow up on queries. Age analysis reviews, Legal hand over process. I get along very well with people, and like to lead by example. I have SAP, CrM, Excel, Outlook and Word experience. I love investigating problems.

Great company to work and learn the retail environment.

The most challenging aspect of my role is balancing the views of the union against the views of the business and striking an amicable balance but through proper consultations and discussion this is managed. I love the team I work with. Typically, I deal with national employee related matters emanating from our 22 stores around the country, having all Hr Managers reporting to me with regards to Employee Relation matters.
