Excellent learning curve

Work well with other HR administrators in all Makro stores. i have extensive knowledge now with HR, payroll and employee benefits. In retirement claims, withdrawals, disability, dread disease and funeral claims. Enjoy most everyday its something different i learn, the most challenging aspect is disabilities each employees case is different

Good exposure to international companies

Good place to work , family orientated environment , no micro managing . gives opportunities to engage with all levels of management & executives . has good work life balance . learnt a lot about the FCPA laws , enjoy engaging and teaching the business around procedures. Challenging aspects are getting people to be accountable and knowldege the programme.
