Excellent learning curve

The cash office position is really challenging,it needs full attention in details,it keeps me alert all the time because one little mistake can cause the whole system not to balance. What I enjoy the most is running daily reports, it's a challenge that needs no distraction but full attention cause you only notice the mistake on the last page when is not balancing. I like challenges because keep me alert.

My typical work day is the day we running the final payroll run and I receive input that need to be loaded. I am an open person and I learnt payroll is payroll one has to know their basic payroll knowledge like, rules and laws that runs the payroll. when everyone is paid. Working with people who doesn't respect their work, time and others.

Pros: it is a great opportunity even though when the payroll is growing none is talking to us
Cons: Normal working hours
