Awaiting the next juncture

I come from working in a manufacturing company Aberdare Cable for 6 years. Seeking employment closer to home and a different wholistic experience to support my studies opted to change jobs. In my time at Aberdare Cables I believe I excelled at all aspects in my job and reaped the rewards as such. Completing various courses and achieving awards on a national level. Recently I have moved to MassMart which is the retail sector and am based at the distribution center. Personally I am greatful for this opportunity to have been exposed to this dynamic business and have learnt at an exponential rate. However I belive my heart remains in manufacturing. Prefering to 'get my hands dirty'. Thus comes the realization that job satisfaction surpasses any other greener pasture offer. I look forward to hearing from you. God bless!

I am a hard worker and I can work under pressure

A typical work day its on Mondays when I do stock take because I have to make sure everything is counted and its balancing with the system. Relationship with co workers it was not easy because sometimes they put pressure on you because of your a leader which means everything is all about me sometimes you have to be hard on the team. I learn a lot because I have to know that I must always impress my boss when he is going to audit he was always happy. I enjoy the most when I am going to meet my bosses and standing in front of everybody giving them my figures. The most challenging aspects of the job, is when I'm counting my stock and its not balancing and I have to found out where it went wrong I have to work all day if possible to make everything is under control at the end

Excellent learning curve ,customer service

I get to meet new customers. My relationship with co -worker is good ,we challenge and encourag I have learned to deal with different people, and the importance of customer service e each other

Excellence in learning different places

a company that made me learn to work fast and under pressure,learning different places and different charecters,having patiance becouse you come across different problems when delivering a stock,check the expiry date,if the stock is fresh for the customer.

Pros: great opottunity for learning to drive
