It is pleasure working for such big company The culture is all well followed Colleagues friendly and easy to get along with Working for the company gave an opportunity to learn more about customer services I also learned how to operate switch of more than 20 extensions I enjoy mostly the recruitment process and processing payroll input The most challenging thing about this company for me is financial and career growth due to long hours of the weekend it is for one to correspond with any institutions to further your education I love what are do however it will be nice to be able to afford

I learnt lot of things
at mass-build we operated on 2 shift ,day and night.i had good working relationship with my co-workers.i learnt to put the company first before lot of things,and put 100% work rate at my work

Excellent learning curve
It was quiet and most busy at times ... hardly get time to seat and sometimes even forget my breaks. I had a very United team .we assisted each other .it was 1 team I wish to have in the next job. My experience developed . I learned how to manage different characters and behaviours of employees and customers... I understood the feeling of customers and how to handle difficult customers, they go out of the store happy and asking if I can be the only 1 assisting on their next visits in the store. Nothing could ever make me happy like seeing my customers happy... the most challenging part is when we had out of stocks... my customers having deadlines and demanding stock that never arrived/ received... basically late deliveries. But will make ways to get our clients happy by getting stock from other nearest stores... cz the last think I could ever think of is loosing the client.

Well developed
It us very challenging working in one of massbuild stores as a stock control manager as you need to b flexible at all times.always plan your day carefully and be able to manage your a staff accordingly, I am gaving great relationship with my staff as we need to have a very closed relationship with them by means of having one on ones and give them more responsibilitiea just to develop. I have learned to treat my staff with respect Nd enjoying new challenges that arises everyday as we always have to assist other stores with stocktakes.

Good working invironment
i worked 5 days a week and i had good working relationship with my co-workers they taught me lot of things during my stay with them.i have learn t to complete my tasks in time,i really enjoyed working with my line superiors
