I have gained a lot of experience

Working at Masifunde has been great. I have gained work experience and exposure in different departments however the company does not reward its staff or provide us with benefits. We are over worked and underpaid. The HR procedures are not up to standard, the management team does not consider the staff before making decisions, we do not have a union, our HR is the CEO's wife as a result we have nobody to go to when we have an issue. Should we disagree with management it becomes a great issue, to a point where a staff member could lose his/her job. My job allows me to communicate and interact with different people on a daily basis, I gain lots of experience. I just want my company to appreciate my hard-work and reward me with a better salary. I enjoy what I do, I just do not approve of the working conditions.
