Excellent working project

Supervising crews of up-to 100 to 250 workers Working independently on many sites at once. Making daily and weekly construction work plans Developing crew members through identification of cross training opportunities I have a thorough working knowledge of the tools, techniques and materials used for the project. Monitoring progress and reporting on construction activities Providing assistance to contractors in resolving problems related to site information, schedule, quality, quantity tracking and safety, Ensuring schedule and project expectations are clearly defined to contractors in the field. Extremely skilled in planning and execution of special projects in time-critical environments. Effective communication skills both orally and written (English, Zulu, Afrikaans, Swati) and furthermore I can successfully communicate with customers,

Excellent learning curve

Very hectic in the mornings ,had good relationship with the co worker and subordinates.Learned a lot on management skill and administrative site of site operations, enjoyed the daily challenges and executing works timeously and in accordance with the standard.Having to balance out between maintenance construction on site

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hour
